Customer service

We are available 24/7 and will do my best to answer within 12 hours period, but sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for me to respond.


We accept payments through:

- PayPal 

- Direct checkout (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Sofort, iDeal, Apple Pay)

Order cancelation

All orders will be processed after one business day, which gives 24 hours for client to notify if there should be any changes. After 24 hours order can't be canceled.

Production time

All items in my shop are handmade, so it takes 5-7 business days for production after I have received order and payment.


All order are shipped with FedEx expedited shipping which costs $12 and delivery takes 2-5 business days (depending on the destination). Order over $120 are shipped with Fedex free of charge.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

As this is a product made to order, all sales are final and I don't accept returns or exchanges. Used or Customized(size, color) items may not be returned under any condition. It is the buyers responsibility to ask questions before purchasing. Please contact us if you have any questions about your wallpaper.

Attempting to wash your wallpaper may damage it. Areas with high humidity or those prone to moisture should be avoided to ensure the quality and longevity of your wallpaper.
