 Is Wallflora operating and delivering?

Yes, we are operating and courier services that we use are delivering!
It takes 5-7 business days for production after we have received order and payment.

 Is it safe to receive my package from Wallflora?

Yes, it is safe!

World Health Organization (WHO) have indicated that there is currently no evidence that COVID-19 is being spread through the mail. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is also low. 

 Are there expected delivery delays?

Mainly we ship orders with Fedex, second courier that we use for small orders, is Postal service. While FedEx aren't experiencing any delays, Postal service are experiencing heavy delays. We offer free FedEx shipping if your order exceed $100. For smaller orders we suggest selecting FedEx delivery.

What is Wallflora doing to prevent Coronavirus (Covid-19) spread ?

We are listening to recommendations and sanitary guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) to help protect our customers and our team members.

Is a 'no contact' delivery possible?

Yes! At this time physical signature is not required for Fedex deliveries.
